Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence (with blood-alcohol level over .15)

Police Report: East Greenwich Police respond to an automobile accident on route 95. Client’s vehicle was witnessed speeding and weaving in and out of lanes without a directional before Client lost control and car flipped over and landed on its roof. A blood sample taken at the hospital showed Client’s blood-alcohol level was .41
